How to book an appointment using Maisa
- Go to www.maisa.fi or open the Maisa mobile application on your phone.
- Log in using your online banking credentials, mobile certificate or certification card.
- In Maisa, you can book an appointment in one of two ways:
- Your Maisa home page: A notice of your permit to schedule an appointment is visible on your Maisa home page. Click the ‘Book Appointment’ button.
- Your appointment bookings section: Under ‘Your Menu’, go to the ‘Book Appointments’ section and select ‘Book Appointment’.
- Select your preferred vaccination locations. Click ‘Continue’.
- Select a suitable appointment time from the available options.
- To complete your booking, click the ‘Verify appointment’ button.
- Once confirmed, you will also be able to see your booked appointment among your upcoming events in the ‘Events’ section.
